Our take on Reel Zappy
Reel Zappy's own documents disagree on where it operates. The terms exclude 17 states, the sweeps rules 15, with Iowa and Mississippi the difference. Verify your email after registering and you get 20,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins; a welcome checklist can take that to 50,000 GC and 3.5 SC. Cash redemptions start at 50 SC, and a handwritten mail-in request with your Mail Code is worth 5 SC. SGSE LLC of Wilmington, Delaware runs it for players 18+, with 1,000+ games and email support around the clock.
Pros
- Cash from 50 SC
- 5 SC per mail-in request
- 20,000 GC and 2 SC after email verification
- 1,000+ games, per the operator
- 18+ (or the state age of majority)
Cons
- Terms and sweeps rules list different excluded states
- Playthrough can be raised beyond 1x
- Utah still on its open list despite a state ban
Best for
- Redeeming small balances
- Mail-in players
- 18- to 20-year-olds where 18 is the age of majority
Skip it if
- You're in Iowa or Mississippi, which its terms exclude

Reel Zappy's own list still shows Utah as open, but this state restricts sweepstakes casinos by law or regulator action, so we treat it as unavailable.
