Our take on Fortune Coins (Fortune Wins)
Fortune Coins counts prizes in its own currency, and its rules put a price on it: 100 Fortune Coins make $1. So the daily redemption minimum of 5,000 FC works out to $50, paid to your bank account or a Visa virtual card. Approval typically takes 3 to 5 business days, and a virtual card then arrives by email within minutes. A handwritten mail-in request with a Mail Code from your account, sent to Thornhill, Ontario, earns 500 FC ($5). Day one of the sign-up bonus adds another 500 FC ($5) for phone verification, email consent and your first login, plus a Wheel of Luck spin worth up to 5,200 FC. The site now redirects to Fortune Wins and offers over 250 casino-style games. Social Gaming LLC of Wilmington, Delaware runs it in the US for players 18+ (or the age of majority, if later).
Pros
- 500 FC ($5) per mail-in request
- 500 FC ($5) on day one, no purchase needed
- Prizes paid to a bank account or a Visa virtual card
- One playthrough before Fortune Coins can be redeemed
- Support listed as 24/7
- Open from 18 (or the age of majority, if later)
Cons
- Some promotional FC carry a higher playthrough
- Ten states get Gold Coin play only, Illinois and New Jersey among them
- Utah still open on its own lists despite a state ban
Best for
- Players who want free coins by mail
- Players under 21 where 18 is the age of majority
Skip it if
- You live in Illinois, New Jersey or another of its Gold Coin-only states

Fortune Coins (Fortune Wins)'s own list still shows Utah as open, but this state restricts sweepstakes casinos by law or regulator action, so we treat it as unavailable.
