Our take on LoneStar

LoneStar's terms put its redemption floors in dollars rather than coins: $45 for a gift card, $100 for cash. Past those two numbers there's little to go on. We couldn't confirm a payout time, a mail-in route or a free sign-up offer, and support is by email. REALPLAY TECH INC runs it on Realplay Ltd software, the same group behind RealPrize, for players 18+ in 36 of 51 US jurisdictions. Its own terms exclude only seven states, so eight states with bans, California among them, still look open there.

Cons

California, Delaware, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, New Jersey, Tennessee and Utah still appear open on its list despite state bans
Email is the only support channel on record

LoneStar's own list still shows California, Delaware, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, New Jersey, Tennessee, Utah as open, but these states restrict sweepstakes casinos by law or regulator action, so we treat them as unavailable.
