State by state there’s no difference. Each covers the same 36 of 51 jurisdictions. These counts combine each operator’s own excluded-states list with state bans.

RealPrize’s payout timing isn’t in its verified terms. On timing, SweepStars’ rules say: same-day redemptions advertised for eligible requests (actual timing varies with verification and payment method).

Playthrough is 1x at both before Sweeps Coins count toward a redemption. RealPrize says it may require more. SweepStars states that ID verification comes before any redemption.

Playing without buying

SweepStars gives 1 SC and 15,000 Gold Coins on sign-up with no purchase. We haven’t verified a no-purchase bonus at RealPrize.

RealPrize’s free mail-in entry pays 1 SC per request. The steps: handwrite a request on a 4x6 card and post it in a #10 envelope. By post, SweepStars credits 1 SC per request.

Gold Coin purchases

RealPrize takes credit or debit card and Skrill for Gold Coin purchases; SweepStars takes Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard. A Gold Coin package is never required, and only Sweeps Coins can be redeemed anyway.

Most of the difference comes from transparency & trust: 5.0 for RealPrize, 4.0 for SweepStars. RealPrize has a named operator; SweepStars has no named operator. SweepStars pulls back some ground on purchase options, 4.0 to 3.0 (SweepStars: 4 purchase methods; RealPrize: 2 purchase methods).
