The short version

Only 0.1 separates them on our Editor Rating (Legendz 4.2, RealPrize 4.1), close enough that specific terms matter more. It splits cleanly. Where you can play

Legendz and RealPrize accept prize play in exactly the same 36 of 51 jurisdictions. We start from each site’s excluded-states list, then remove any state where the law bans sweepstakes play.

At both, 15 jurisdictions are off-limits for prize play.

Delaware, Indiana, Maine and Utah still appear as open on Legendz’s and RealPrize’s own lists, and RealPrize’s also shows California, Louisiana, New Jersey and Tennessee. State law or regulator action restricts sweepstakes casinos there, so we count them as closed.
