State availability

Gains and Legendz accept prize play in exactly the same 36 of 51 jurisdictions. We start from each site’s excluded-states list, then remove any state where the law bans sweepstakes play.

Neither accepts prize play in 15 jurisdictions, including Michigan, New Jersey and Utah.
