Their maps match: both are open for prize play in the same 33 jurisdictions, counting DC. We start from each site’s excluded-states list, then remove any state where the law bans sweepstakes play.

Neither accepts prize play in 18 jurisdictions, including Utah, Wyoming and Delaware.

DexyPlay isn’t scored on game library because we haven’t verified the underlying facts; Sweepico is. An unscored dimension is left out of the average, not counted as zero.

Market Signal, which tracks online footprint rather than the terms, puts Sweepico clearly ahead of DexyPlay. Both are too new for a momentum reading.
